The weekly rates include:
Beach facilities (use of public changing cabins, first row sunshade, 2 deckchairs,1 sun-bed ),
end-ofstaycleaning (cooker not included), bed, bathroom and table linen (with once-weekly change), electricity, gas, water, parking spot, bike and lilo shed, hair drier, cot, TV,
, Wi-Fi internet, holiday tax and VAT.Available upon request:
• Air conditioning € 40,00 (per week)
• Cleaning of the kitchen area € 20,00.
• Cleaning per apartment: € 30,00.
• Bicycles for hire to be agreed

For each person over the number of beds available: € 20,00 per day.
A down payment is to be made to confirm booking: € 200,00 (June/September), € 400,00 (July/August), remaining sum to be paid upon arrival before receiving the keys.

CHECK IN: on saturday at 15:00 pm

CHECK-OUT: on saturday at 10:00 am

PS: No pets are allowed in any species and size.
